Directorial and Supervisory Staff

ICA’s Directorial and Supervisory Staff have immense experience in administrating and overseeing the administration of claims.  All of these Staff members qualify as Claims Instructors under the Insurance Code, and have experience in claims administration for private and public clients.

Claims Examiners

ICA’s Claims Examiners carry their Certificates of Designation pursuant to California Insurance Code requirements.  ICA examiners have significant experience in representing both public and private clients.  ICA’s claims administration account teams are built according to each client’s claims administration needs.  Continuing education requirements are strictly imposed upon and followed by ICA’s claims examiners.

Claims Assistants

Claims examiners are assisted by claims assistants that are also under continuing training requirements and have expertise in a wide variety of claims administration assistance duties.

Support Staff
